Food is bought from local greengrocers, bakers, butchers and Marks and Spencers

ENGLISH BREAKFAST with choice from:

o Egg , fried, scrambled or poached (local free range)

o Bacon (dry cured from local butchers)

o Sausage ( made by local butchers)

o Mushrooms

o Tomatoes fresh and tinned

o Baked Beans

o Toast /bagel

OR:

  A choice from the following:

o Poached egg or scrambled egg on toast

o Boiled eggs with toast

o Omelette (plain or with cheese, mushrooms and or bacon)

o Beans and or poached egg on toast

o Pancake with bacon and maple syrup

o Bagel with smoked salmon and scrambled egg or cream cheese

o Any variation of sandwich
